Information collected automatically: such as device model, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, diagnostic data and general usage events. We may use identifiers such as Firebase installation IDs or advertising identifiers where permitted and, where required, with your consent.
Information from third parties: such as sign-in providers (e.g. Apple or Google) if you choose to log in with them, and purchase confirmations from app stores. We do not receive your full payment card details.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate and maintain the Services;
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- Send service-related notifications, including push notifications you enable;
- Understand usage, fix bugs and improve performance;
- Protect against fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses only what is needed to function and may use privacy-friendly analytics. Our apps may use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand usage and stability. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings and, where offered, opt out of analytics in app settings.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Account & Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the in-app deletion option where available, or email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and the app name and email used. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days, except for data we must retain by law.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
